When they live by the labor of their hands,
then are they truly monastic. RB 48:8

Our basic and first commitment of service is to each other in our monastic setting.
In addition, the sisters are involved in a variety of ministries,
some of which take us outside of the monastery; these vary according to the gifts
and training of each sister.
