RB 53. As Benedict has us welcome guests to the monastery, we welcome you to our website. For those of you new to
Mount Benedict Monastery we especially welcome. Do 'come in'

spend some time moving through the website--the Home Page, Meet the Sisters, review the
upcoming events that we have scheduled, take a tour
and see the grounds as well as the inside of the monastery, and learn about

Our Mission...
We, the Sisters of St. Benedict, are women responding to the call to live according to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Rule of St. Benedict. Together we seek God in a balanced life of prayer and work, simplicity and gracious service. Following the example of Christ, we use our community presence as a means of reaching out to others, as directed in the Rule of St. Benedict.
